Creators' Salon: Flexible Stage for Startups and Design Agencies

With the Salon des Créateurs, the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund became a stage for innovation and design in mid-May. The event series regularly brings together startups and design agencies to forge new creative dream teams for the future. Selected founding teams and a sounding board of designers pitch for mutual favor. The founding team chosen as the winner by the interdisciplinary jury receives a budget of 5,000 euros and may decide with which agency it collaborates. The Salon des Créateurs is initiated by Designmetropole Ruhr and BridgeBuilder, a project of Initiativkreis Ruhr. Modulap supports the events with modular architecture for stage design. Flexible, open stage sets are created from elements such as Lightboxes, Lightframes, Cubes and Counters, providing space for startups, design teams, the jury, sponsors, and multimedia presentations. The stage thus always offers high recognition value and can easily be adapted to ever new locations. We congratulate the winning team PartikelART Solution from Dortmund and YNT Studio from Bochum, and we are already looking forward to the next event.
