Please send your print data no later than 48 hours after purchase. Please note that print data received too late can lead to delays in your order, over which we have no control.
As a general rule, you should not fold textiles such as lightbox fabric, blockout, and mesh, but rather roll them. To transport and store textiles gently for an extended period, please refer to the further instructions on our information sheet. [Link].
The textiles are not washable, but you can remove many stains carefully with a sponge and warm water. Please note that this will compromise the fire protection.
For the filling of our frames, we use backlit fabrics (for lightboxes and backlighting with LED), reflective fabrics (for Texframes and non-illuminated elements), blockout (to block, for example, LED light or daylight) as well as mesh fabric, for semi-transparent fillings. All fabrics can be printed.

We cannot produce exactly according to RAL or PANTONE, especially with backlit fabrics this is not possible. Colors can be approximated to the desired result as closely as possible through an optional proof, which is tested under real conditions. However, this approach is labor-intensive and usually not necessary. A sensible choice of colors and motifs and the correct setup of the print data are the most important prerequisites for a good result.
