You can test all Modulap products in our showroom in Herten, or at one of our authorized dealers Dealer with showroom.

Modulap ONE Lightboxes, Lightframes, Counters and Cubes are packed in reusable system boxes with custom-fit inlays. Depending on the setup and purpose, this basic packaging is often sufficient. 

In addition to the system boxes, you can also transport your Modulap elements in our optional rolling bags, on roller boards and in various cases, depending on your set and and your transport vehicle. 

With Modulap you can make your exhibitions stands and live setups sustainable. All our products have optimized packing dimensions, they are lightweight and reusable. In this way you save raw materials, storage space and transportation. Our sets are modular and can be easily adapted to new situations, so you can cover many standing situations with just one set. We print on environmentally friendly materials and you can exchange fillings and prints at any time. System parts and accessories can be easily added to or replaced. So you can have great presentations with minimal ecological footprint minimal - at every exhibition.

Depending on the products and the place of delivery, we choose the most economical shipping option for you. Alternatively, you can also pick up your stand from our studios or arrange for a pick-up.

Based on your plans, we will check with you whether the structures of your stand can be realized using our standard products. In exceptional cases, we can offer project-related custom-made products and special constructions.

Yes, Modulap products are in use worldwide. Nevertheless: Please inform yourself about the power supply, possible restrictions and other requirements in your destination country. And you can always speak to us. We're happy to help you find the optimal setup.

Please send your print data at least 13 business days before the scheduled shipping date. Please note that print data received too late can lead to delays in your order, over which we have no control.

Basically, you should not fold textiles such as lightbox fabric, blockout and mesh, but roll them. In order to transport textiles carefully and store them for a longer period of time, please note the additional information on our information sheet [Link].

We recommend not washing the textiles. However, many stains can be carefully removed with a microfiber cloth and warm water. Please note that this cleaning will remove the fire protection.

For the filling of our frames, we use translucent materials (for lightboxes and backlighting with LEDs), reflective materials (for Texframes and non-luminous elements), blockout (to block LED light or daylight, for example) and mesh fabric for semi-transparent fillings. All fabrics can be printed.

Yes, you can find the information on creating the print data for the respective product. 

We cannot produce exactly according to RAL or PANTONE, especially not with backlit fabrics. With an optional proof, which is tested under real conditions, prints can be approximated as close as possible to the desired result. However, this procedure is complex and usually not necessary. A good choice of color and motif along with the correct layout of the printing data are key for a great result.
