Ordering Process in the Online Shop

How does our shop work?

In the Modulap ONE online store, you can conveniently order your desired products. Here you will learn everything about the ordering process.

Select the desired product group and the corresponding product. The detailed description of your product, from the print data to the setup, can be found directly on the product page. If there are different variants of a product, please choose the desired variant.

By clicking, you will add the item to the shopping cart without obligation, which will then be displayed. If you wish to purchase suitable accessories or additional products, optionally select the appropriate accessories or click on 'Continue shopping'.

Proceed to checkout

By clicking the "Checkout" button, you will proceed to enter your personal information. Here you can also review your order once again.

  • Are you already a customer? If you have a customer account, you can simply log in here.
  • Are you a new customer? Then please register by filling out the online form.

After entering the billing and delivery address, the shipping costs for the delivery will be displayed.

print data

At this point, you can already upload your print files. Alternatively, you can also send them to us later via Data Upload.
IMPORTANT: Production time begins only after receipt of printable data!

Payment

The following payment options are available to you:

  • PayPal
  • SOFORT Banking (Klarna)
  • Credit card (with 3D Secure)
  • prepayment
  • Cash on Delivery (subject to charge)
  • Girocard payment upon collection
  • Invoice (Authorities and Public Institutions Only)
  • Giropay


For the payment options 'SOFORT Überweisung' and 'PayPal', you will be redirected to the respective payment service providers after completing the order. There, you can identify yourself with your data and initiate the payment directly.

Complete order

To complete your order, please double-check all your information and read our Terms and Conditions, which will be automatically displayed to you.
Optionally, you can also send us a message here, e.g., color specifications or a desired delivery date.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatically generated summary of your order at the provided email address.
Your order is usually processed within one business day. Should any questions about your order arise before or during the production process, a sales representative will contact you directly.

Invoice & Delivery

You will receive your invoice in electronic form directly from our accounting department within a few days.
Shipping will take place during the specified period to the delivery address you provided. This is subject to receipt of payment (or an appropriate payment receipt for "prepayment") or the selection of the payment method "cash on delivery."
