Shipping Information National and International
shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the quantity, product, and delivery address. Once you have entered the relevant data in the shopping cart, you will automatically receive the shipping costs and the expected shipping method. The delivery time stated in the product overview refers to standard shipping within Germany.
Please provide us with all relevant information and applicable delivery conditions when placing your order.
We accept no liability for delays caused by incorrect or missing information. Should a second delivery be necessary, or additional shipping costs incurred, we reserve the right to charge these costs subsequently. If you have chosen "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method, the corresponding COD charges (usually €15 plus VAT) will also be due.

Shipping Method
Shipping is usually carried out by freight forwarder, and for smaller shipments or in exceptional cases by courier. The respective conditions of the carrier apply. Typically, these are the General German Forwarding Conditions (AdSP), or the transport conditions of the respective courier service. We select the method of shipping at our own discretion with due diligence. The estimated shipping method indicated in the shopping cart serves only as a guideline. Depending on the combination of items, a different method of shipping may be more practical in practice.
Shipping times
Our standard delivery is available to all the countries listed below. Upon agreement, we also deliver worldwide. Important: If you wish to ship outside the standard countries, please send your order via email to hello@modulap.de. Shipping costs and times will then be determined individually for you.

Delivery Time Notice
The stated delivery times apply to recipient addresses within Germany. The specified delivery time includes production time and shipping from the order confirmation.
Partial shipment
If the print data for an order is delivered too late, we reserve the right to ship the hardware on the scheduled shipping date and send the prints at a later time. In this case, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for the prints.
Neutral Shipping
Upon request, shipping with a neutral sender address, neutral packaging, and your own delivery note is possible. Please send the appropriate delivery note as a PDF document to the responsible clerk in sales for a neutral shipment. Please note that neutral shipping is not possible for cash on delivery shipments or for shipments subject to customs duties (e.g., to Switzerland).
Cargo damage
The goods will be packed and transported with due care. Should a shipment still arrive damaged, we ask you to inform the shipping service provider directly upon receipt of the goods and to accept the goods only with reservations. The damage must be reported to us in writing without delay and documented by photographs. Please also keep the packaging material until further procedures have been decided.
