The shipping costs depend on quantity, product, and delivery address. After you have entered the relevant data in the shopping cart, you will automatically receive the shipping costs and the expected shipping method. The delivery time stated in the product overview refers to standard shipping within Germany.
Please provide us with all relevant information and applicable delivery conditions when placing your order.
We accept no liability for delays caused by incorrect or missing information. Should a second delivery be necessary or additional shipping costs arise, we reserve the right to charge these costs afterwards. If you have chosen "cash on delivery" as the payment method, the corresponding cash on delivery fees (usually €15 plus VAT) will be charged additionally.

Shipping is usually carried out by freight forwarder, for smaller shipments and in exceptional cases by courier. The respective conditions of the carrier apply. Usually, these are the General German Freight Forwarder Conditions (AdSP) or the transport conditions of the respective courier service. We select the shipping method at our own discretion with due care. The expected shipping method indicated in the shopping cart serves only as a guideline. Depending on the combination of items, however, a different shipping method may be more suitable in practice.
Our standard delivery is made to all countries listed below. By arrangement, we also deliver worldwide. Important: If you wish to have shipping outside the standard countries, please send us your order by e-mail to hello@modulap.de. The shipping costs and times will then be determined individually for you.

The stated delivery times apply to recipient addresses within Germany. The stated delivery time includes production time and shipping from order confirmation.
If the printing data for an order is delivered too late, we reserve the right to ship the hardware on the planned shipping date and to send the prints at a later date. Additional shipping costs for the prints must be borne by the buyer in this case.
On request, shipping with a neutral sender address, neutral packaging, and own delivery note is possible. Please send the appropriate delivery note as a PDF document to the responsible sales clerk for neutral shipping. Please note that neutral shipping is unfortunately not possible for cash on delivery shipments or for shipments subject to customs duties (e.g., to Switzerland).
The goods are packed and transported with due care. Should a shipment arrive damaged, please inform the carrier directly upon receipt of the goods and accept the goods only under reservation. The damage must be reported to us immediately in writing and documented with photos. Please also keep the packaging material until a decision has been made on the further procedure.
